By collecting the best Calvados in the respect of the Normand tradition, we looked for an alliance into a sweet Calvados of ‘pays d’Auge’ and a stronger ‘Calvados Domfrontais’. Calvados is elaborated on a basis of eaux-de-vie from cider (apples).

Our Calvados XO is very delicate and reveals a taste of fruits and orange blossom. It is a blending between flowers and fruits with a touch of lightly woody taste. The palate is long and graceful.
