The original spirits of our ancestors are "the LAMBIG FENICE", from distillation of apple cider elaborated in the area of production of Brittany, west of France, and "The CALVADOS FAUCHEUR" from distillation of apple cider elaborated in the area of production of Normandy. They are both following the same path of recognition. A single desire drives us; to seduce our contemporaries with our unique collections respecting our triptych of Tradition, Modernity and Elegance.

Laurent Jouffe's family has a long tradition of distillation. He is the descendant of a family of land owners, farmers and distillers from father to son since 1850.
Proud of his origins, and anxious to honour his heritage, and finally, through a love of beautiful and rare alcohols; Laurent JOUFFE has naturally been attached to the practice of the distillation and to the production of very high quality spirits and “eaux de vie”.
TRADITION - MODERNITY - ELEGANCE
Long time ago, tasting a delightful cognac with his father, he had a revelation and decided to bring a more contemporary vision to this alcohol.
Always striving for perfection, he looked for the most prestigious lands; those situated in the area of Grande Champagne, Premier cru of Cognac. He consolidated his project through a real friendship with other cognac lovers.
These cognacs are made through instinct. Avoiding that common fiery harshness, those cognacs are fruity, with a round soft taste. They keep an unbelievable aromatic complexity, a delicate nose and subtle tones.
The success of cognac Laurent Jouffe has been spreading in France and abroad. Wishing to keep his brand as an exclusive gem and to keep mastering the quality; other parallel developments are in progress to exercise this artistic creativity.
